Filtron Grounds Guard This grounds guard gets placed on the very top of the coffee grounds before the lid and before you fill the filtron with water. This grounds guard keeps the coffee grounds from floating. This insures that the grounds get fully saturated with water. When doing this step it will help to make sure you get the best concentrate from the cold brew When you think of Great coffee think of Filtron

Q: Is the grounds guard for the original filtron cold brew coffee maker? I lost mine over the years. I also lost the red cone that went over the filter. Do you have a replacement for that? My coffee maker was purchased in 1973.
