the coffee brewer
This is by far the best way to make this cold brew 1 filter pad and 1 paper liner at the same time drain's the best and clean up easiest! My son and husband love this cold brew this system seems to work the best and is simple.

This is a great kit to get along with the Filtron Brewing System. I got it for myself and when I purchase the Filtron as a gift for others I always add this on so they have plenty to get started with and don't have to worry about running out of the parts any time soon. My only caveat is I wish when purchasing this kit along with the Filtron Brewing System it was included with the free shipping. Alas, at this time it is not. But that would be my main suggestion. Still giving 5 stars as it is such a helpful addition to the Filtron Brewing System.

Q: May I use only the paper filter and not the pad to facilitate brewed coffee dripping through easier and faster? Or must I use both?

A: The paper filter isn't designed to keep coffee grounds from breaking through. It's a mistake I once made in my 25 years of using Filtron, and I had to re-filter the coffee.
